 NotifyHub Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how NotifyHub (Android package: com.notifyhub.app)

handles information. NotifyHub is published by Sidaideveloper.

1. Summary

NotifyHub is an on-device notification customization app. It does not require

an account and does not operate a backend service. NotifyHub does not sell,

rent, or share notification content with advertisers or other third parties.

The app does not include analytics, advertising SDKs, or crash-reporting SDKs,

and it does not upload notification content to a server.

2. Information the app accesses

When you enable Android Notification Access, NotifyHub may receive information

that Android exposes from notifications posted by other apps. Depending on the

source app, this can include:

- The source app package name, app name, and notification channel.

- Notification title, message text, expanded text, summary, and subtext.

- Conversation, group, and sender information when provided by the source app.

- Notification timestamps, category, actions, and other notification metadata

needed to apply your rules or reproduce a replacement notification.

NotifyHub also accesses the installed-app list and app icons so you can choose

which apps your rules apply to. It does not read the private databases, screens,

contacts, or encrypted content of other apps.

3. Information stored on your device

NotifyHub stores the following information locally in its Android application

storage:

- Rules, keywords, conditions, selected apps, sound choices, and preferences.

- Optional notification history, including notification fields described above.

- Local counters and service settings needed for the app to function.

Notification history is off by default. If you enable it, history is retained

according to the retention setting in the app. The default retention period is

7 days. You can clear individual entries, clear all history, or turn history

off; turning it off deletes the recorded history. You can also delete rules and

uninstall the app to remove its local application data, subject to Android's

normal uninstall behavior and device backups.

4. How information is used

NotifyHub uses accessed information only to:

- Match notifications against rules you create.

- Display notification details and local history when you enable that feature.

- Post, modify, or dismiss NotifyHub's own replacement notifications according

  to your selected actions.

- Show app and service status, counters, and diagnostics inside the app.

5. Sharing and disclosure

NotifyHub does not transmit or share notification content, rules, history, app

lists, or settings with the developer, advertisers, analytics providers, or

other third parties. Data may be processed by Android and by the source apps

that post notifications, according to their own policies and your device

settings. Android system services may display or process data as required to

provide notification, permission, backup, and operating-system functionality.

6. Permissions

NotifyHub may request or use these Android capabilities:

- Notification Access: to read notifications and apply your rules.

- Post notifications: to post NotifyHub replacement alerts.

- Vibration: to provide rule-based vibration alerts.

- Notification and boot-related system access: to maintain the service after

a reboot or app update when Android allows it.

- Do Not Disturb access: only when you enable an action that requests it.

- Installed-app visibility: to let you select source apps for rules.

You can revoke permissions in Android Settings. Revoking Notification Access

stops NotifyHub from processing new notifications.

7. Security

NotifyHub keeps its stored data in the app's local Android storage and does not

send it to a remote server. No method of storage or processing is completely

secure, and NotifyHub cannot control the security of Android, your device, or

other apps that post notifications.

8. Children's privacy

NotifyHub is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal

information from children through a server or account system.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when NotifyHub's functionality or legal

requirements change. The updated policy will include a new effective date.
